The system monitors FHR (Fetal Heart Rate), TOCO (Uterine Contractions), FM (Fetal Movement), and maternal parameters including SpO₂, NIBP, and MHR (Maternal Heart Rate), ensuring comprehensive coverage of both maternal and fetal well-being.

A built-in 110mm thermal recorder allows for immediate documentation of monitoring results, supporting efficient workflow and record-keeping. The use of multi-crystal wide beam ultrasound transducers enhances signal detection and image clarity, improving accuracy in fetal monitoring.

For extended observation, the AFM-800 provides data storage capacity exceeding 42 hours, enabling clinicians to review long-term trends and conduct detailed analysis.
